RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days and then simply return it to us,
White Blossom Interiors 98-100 Mill Street, Macclesfield, Cheshire, SK11 6NR,
in an unused condition within 7 days for an exchange or refund of the full purchase price, excluding the original postage cost.  

We request that where goods are received faulty or damaged that the customer informs us immediately. We will require the customer to send an email complete with photographic evidence to us to allow us to see the fault or damage and discuss the return. Items should be returned in their original packaging otherwise it may not be possible to exchange or refund the customer. An exchange or refund will be then offered. 

We strongly recommend that you use an insured, registered delivery service and keep the receipt as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. 

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned item(s).
